At AutogenAI I’ve been working hand-in-hand in a tiny but highly performing Design Team. We’ve been fully embedded in squads and heavily involved within our trios.
Since day 1 I focussed on taking responsibility of the Design System from creating a fully documented UI Kit to getting our components built into our Component Library, used by devs everyday.
This year design & research have paired as a small unit to rethink the future of our app from the ground up in order to increase engagement and gain new clients.

We (Designers: Myself & Venus as well as Research: Jasmin) have been tasked by the business to solve a big problem → Reduce Churn. We were given 12 weeks to solely focus on rethinking the whole direction and strategy of the app with the support of our CPO Áine. This is the most complex and fulfilling project I’ve ever worked on. Coming up with a Design Led vision for an initially tech-led company.
From day 1 at AutogenAI I focused on bringing consistency, structure and strong systems to support our very fast-paced environment. When I joined there was just a button component in our UI Kit and now there is a fully fletched design system based on atomic principes, including robust tokens and rules for us to deliver designs efficiently. It also significantly improved design to dev speed and reliability.
One of my most documented 0 to 1 projects I worked on was AskAI. You know that tool which is present on most writing softwares, which involves very robust inline menu allowing the user to prompt from a whole portion of text to a very specific paragraph. This work included user research, iterations, lots of pairing on micro-interactions with my squad. It was highly complex and very enjoyable to work on.
